Although opened in 2019, Alamo Club feels as though it has always been apart of Lowest Greenville. The large variety of spirits and cocktails blend wonderfully with the perfect comfort food. Austin Rodgers, the owner/operator of Alamo Club, is no stranger to the DFW restaurant industry after being in the thick of it for almost 15 years. On any given day, you can find him at Alamo Club, running food, taking orders, and even bussing tables. He has made it a point to make sure that his staff is supported and that guests feel like they have known him forever.

Originally from England, Chef Michael West has been working in DFW kitchens for over 20 years. Coming to Alamo Club with amazing ideas, he helped shape what the menu is today. With his creativity, ability to make amazing food, and witty personality, Chef is the perfect coconspirator for Austin.
